About these terms
These terms apply to the Task Logix AI website (tasklogixai.co), the web console at app.tasklogixai.co, and the AI agent services, texts and calls provided by TaskLogix AI, LLC (“TaskLogix,” “we,” “us”). By using them you agree to these terms.
Businesses that subscribe sign the TaskLogix AI Services Agreement in the console. That agreement governs the subscription, pricing, billing, renewal and cancellation. If it conflicts with these terms, the Services Agreement controls.
Accounts and access
- The Services are for businesses. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for your business.
- Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite or register.
- Your business decides which tools its AI agents can connect to, and must have the right to give us access to that data.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Services to:
- break any law, including privacy, consumer protection, telemarketing and anti-spam laws;
- send unsolicited, marketing or bulk messages through the text messaging program, or message anyone who has not consented;
- harass, defraud, impersonate or harm anyone, or create malware or other harmful content;
- get around usage limits, spend limits or security controls, or access another customer's data;
- resell the Services without our written permission.
We may suspend use that breaks these rules or puts the Services or others at risk.
Text messaging program
Program: Task Logix AI staff messaging. Employees of our customers text their company's AI agents and receive the agents' replies, one-time verification codes and service notices. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
- How you opt in: your company registers your mobile number in the Task Logix AI console, and we text a code to that number. You opt in by giving the code to complete registration. By doing so, you agree to receive texts from your company's Task Logix AI agents.
- Message frequency varies with how often you message your agents.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting that number. To start again, ask your company to register your number again.
- For help: reply HELP, or email support@tasklogixai.co.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.
- Your mobile number and consent are never shared or sold for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
Phone calls
Registered staff can call their company's AI agents, which may require a PIN. Calls are handled by an AI voice agent, not a person, and audio and transcripts are processed to provide the Services. Do not use the Services to call emergency services.
AI output
AI agents can make mistakes. Their output can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and it is not legal, tax, accounting, medical or other professional advice. Review important work, and use the settings that check outward actions such as sending emails before they happen. You are responsible for how you use the output and for the actions you ask your agents to take.
Your content and data
Your business keeps ownership of its data. You give us the rights we need to host, process and transmit it to provide and support the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy and the Services Agreement.
Our property
The Services, the website, our software and the Task Logix AI name and logo belong to TaskLogix or its licensors. These terms do not give you any right to them beyond using the Services as allowed here.
Third-party services
The Services connect to tools run by other companies, such as email, calendar, CRM and payment providers. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability, changes or data practices.
Disclaimers
Except as stated in the Services Agreement, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, TaskLogix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business. For subscribers, the limits in the Services Agreement apply. For everyone else, our total liability is limited to one hundred US dollars.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts in the Florida county where TaskLogix has its principal place of business.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and tell subscribers about material changes by email or in the console. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept it.
